Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by destination. We ship the next day after purchase and usually deliver domestic orders within 3-6 business days.
Any delivery or transportation costs?
Mesailup offers free shipping on all chair cushion orders with FEDEX delivery.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Mesailup insures all shipments. If a product is damaged in transit, please send a photo and your order number to emilyfc8818@gmail.com. A replacement product will be sent to you. Damaged products can be disposed of on your own; we will not return damaged products to our warehouse.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Los Angeles.
