This website follows Amazon's refund policy.

We accept returns and exchanges.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in good condition. If the return request is approved, refunds will typically be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, etc.). Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.

If you receive a damaged item or one missing any parts or accessories, please contact us immediately for assistance.
New and lightly used products (including those that have been opened or lightly used) can be returned.

If the item is in good condition and all parts are included, but you still wish to return it, please do not send it back immediately. Due to the large size of the item, return shipping costs may be high. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
