Shipping policy

1. Distribution Area
We currently only support delivery within the United States, including all 50 states and related areas. Some remote areas may not be able to deliver, please see the checkout page for details.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Customized items may take longer to process, please refer to the item page for instructions.
Weekends and Holidays: If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Typically, standard shipping takes 2-4 business days in the Western U.S., 3-5 days in the Central U.S. and 4-7 days in the Eastern U.S.

4. Delivery Charges
The cost of standard delivery varies according to the order amount and delivery address. The exact cost will be shown on the checkout page.
5. Tracking Information
After all orders are shipped, we will provide you with a waybill number and tracking link so you can check the delivery status of your order at any time. We will send updated tracking information via email or SMS.
6. Delivery Delays
We will do our best to ensure that orders are delivered on time, but delivery delays may occur under special circumstances (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, holidays, etc.). In case of delay, we will notify you in time.
